How do I pay for spotify premium with my apple itunes balance?

Despite what the current description says, I see no In-App purchases for Spotify when using the app. It re-directs you to the account page on their website. And on their website you can find information that they stopped using In-App Payments.
That would mean that you can’t get Spotify Premium with Apple Store credit anymore.
