Start here, Genius Bar Reservation and Apple Support Options - Apple
The site is constructed to have you go through a triage for your problem to see if it can be fixed another way other than a Genius Bar appointment, but you can choose a hardware fault in the list and it should take you to the appointment page. Then select the store, and you will see the available appointment dates/times.
