Bluetooth Call Waiting Goes Straight to Voicemail

While on a current call in car when connected via bluetooth, I receive a 2nd incoming call, the incoming call options are displayed for a fraction of a second and the call is then diverted straight to voicemail.

I don't get chance choose hold call & answer or end call & answer.

When not connected via bluetooth, call waiting waiting works fine.

Car is a 2017 Subaru WRX.

iPhone 8, iOS 11.2.6

I have played with all the settings including airplane mode, do not disturb, blocked contacts, etc. However my “Call forwarding” setting just shows a spinning wheel. Toyota Entune dropping blue tooth calls This is so frustrating to be talking, then hear nothing and I see 'End Call' on the screen but my call is still in progress on my phone. When my phone is plugged in I get a message saying this device is not supported. What's not supported, the app? It's dangerous because it makes me fumble with my phone to transfer from my map, to the call, then speaker. It won't reconnect unless I shut the truck off. Apple and Entune need to have a sit down!!!

blue tooth gets disconnected on every call while connecting any bluetooth device used for calling, the moment any call is Recieved the bluetooth gets disconnected and then reconnected after 3aeconds plus voice is also not going clearly thru bluetooth
