iPhone X facetime continues to ring after call is ended.

My Iphone X Facetime will not stop ringing though it says “FaceTime ending”. It will not power off, or disconnect when I turn off data,WiFi or use airplane mode. Also, I cannot “close the page”.. It has continued to ring for over 2 hourn so far. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. Based on what you stated, it seems you are experiencing issues with your iPhone X continuing to ring after stopping a FaceTime call. To help with this issue, please follow the steps in this Apple resource, starting with these steps:

On an iPhone X, iPhone 8, or iPhone 8 Plus: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo.

If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support
