IPhone X ; Does all 4 (Quad) LEDs light up together, when the Torch is turned on?

My device is iPhone X. When I turn on the Torch from the control centre, I see the flash lights from the rear camera system. But my question is, as my iPhone X has Quad LED flash light, Will all the 4 LEDs (2 white and 2 amber LEDs) light up together when I turn on the torch... Please be kind enough to give me a clear answer to my question...
