Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply ask a new question.

Your Apple ID has been disabled

For some reason my Apple ID has been disabled. I have tried to contact apple supoort and followed the steps to recover my account.

They said I was going to receive a call from someone to help me recover the account on April 12th at 5:09 pm and no one contacted me ! Any suggestions bout what I should do next ?

Just in case your message was a fake, this is what to do.

If you receive a message that your AppleID has been disabled, you should first read this document. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/ht204106

Be aware, Apple never send email advice that your AppleID has been disabled.

You can also obtain help via this link.

If you sense that your ID has been compromised in some way, choose your country from this link and follow the appropriate instructions.
