Is there a way to print smaller photo sizes on a letter sized paper with AirPrint?

I didn't see any options to resize the printer output from an iPhone 6+ (iOS v11.3). Fullpage print is a major waste of expensive ink and time. 😟

Does you printer have separated trays for different sized paper? If so you can select the tray with the smaller paper and print a smaller image. But not a smaller sized image on a large sized paper.

There may be 3rd party apps at the App Store that will let you print smaller versions. You'll have to check.
