I cracked my iPhone 6s Plus, threen is showing lines across it and I cannot see anything.

I cracked my iPhone 6s Plus, the screen is showing lines across it and I cannot see anything. However I can still hear it’s notifications, alarm clock, etc I just can’t use it because I can’t see anything on the screen. I was wondering if getting the Screen fixed would fix this? Even though there are lines across the screen?

You can always bring it to an Apple Store, they'll tell you if they can fix it or not and how much it will cost you.

There is no way for us to determine whether that would fix the problems you are facing with your phone. Your best option is to take it to your nearest Apple Store.
