Officially $29+sales tax at Apple Stores. Same price for mail-in service to an Apple service center, although they would also charge for return shipping on top of the cost to ship to Apple.

Other Apple Authorized Service Providers aren't required to match the price, but many are doing so, or at least deeply discounting their normal battery replacement price.

Several countries where Apple directly provides service have similar set prices. It's €29 in the EU.

The price is $29. Not $25. That's in the US. Pricing may vary in other countries.
