I called apple for servicing my ipad, but they gave me a number to help me deactivate find my iphone on my ipad which is a dead unit. Does anyone knows an english contact number?

I sent my iPad because it came with a deffect within the screen, and after they received it they ask me to disable Find my iPad remotely in order to run the diagnostics. Stollen IPAD? Dear our company was stollen yesterday in Austria in SCS shopping center . Police and we are trying to find or locate the iPad using the Apple ID or serial number . the serial number we already sent and we had many iPad in the company and we are not sure if this Apple ID is valid or was changed. so could you helped out to localize the iPad ? this is our Apple ID but we nned from you to confirm if its valid or has been changed !please help us with that . thank you

I believe English is the default language for OFFICIAL Apple Support

Are you SURE that you called Apple and not an Apple Authorized Service Provider - or worse, someone POSING AS Apple?

Start here > Contact Apple Support

If necessary, Choose the country badge where the picture shows to choose Saudi Arabia

I was easily able to get choices - all in English - for a phone call, chat or locate a service provider to which to take your iPad
