How to fix a face scratch on Apple 3 watch

I recently scratched the face of my apple watch. It isn't very deep but wont go away just buffing with a cloth. Is there anything I can buy to fill it or anything I can do to buff it out? I don't want to replace it because the scratch doesn't hurt the usage of it. I just hate having to look at the scratch in the middle of my screen.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If the scratch is not inhibiting correct operation of the screen, leave it alone. Trying to polish it out will simply remove the fingerprint resistant layer and could damage the touch functionality.

I doubt you can do much of anything with a deep scratch....other than to consider replacing the screen.
