Device is the wrong name

I have just bought an iPhone SE and when I looked at the devices that my Apple ID is connected to it says someone else’s name. Like “Helens iPhone” when my name isn’t that. The name that is said is my parents name but I don’t know why. Any way on how to change it to my name?
