My VSCO app had most of my pictures on it, and i had to restart it, unfortunately i didnt have it backed up. However, i have a full backup from before i deleted the app. how to i restore to that backup? and if so, will my pictures on vsco app be restored with it?

Whether or not in app data is backed up is up to the developers. The best we can say is "maybe".
