Safari can't find server?

User uploaded fileI am getting this alert with some frequency - even for sets I go to frequently, e.g. User uploaded file

Even while I am surfing easily.
Safari with no problem at other/most url's . ?Offline say it is me - not the website.

The only way I seem to be able to correct the problem is to do re-starts.


How to trouble shoot this? TIA

Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Also try the Safe Mode.
