My safari icon is stuck in a folder and won’t move out onto my home screen

I think I may have accidentally moved or deleted the safari icon, I then found it in a folder on my home screen. I then tried to move the icon back out of the folder onto my home screen but it won’t move.

Re download iOS pre installed apps:

Restore a built-in app that you removed

On your iOS device, go to the App Store.
Search for the app. Make sure that you use the exact name of the app. Find the correct name of built-in apps.
Tap to restore the app.
Wait for the app to restore, then open it from your Home screen.

I cannot find the app in the App Store because it is safari and you cannot download safari
