Question: Another 10.13.4 DisplayLink user

I don't see any official apple acknowledgment, support or solution offered regarding the DisplayLink issues posted on this forum.

Rather than adding another "me too", I figured the more separate forum posts the more visible this issue becomes to Apple. Fingers crossed.

DisplayLink - Important Information about macOS 10.13.4 update

This site is not visited, read, or otherwise Apple-involved. Apple does not post here, answer questions, etc. The site is provided by Apple free of charge to allow users to help users fix problems with Apple products.

Just because you did not see anything official does not mean that there is no such information. You just won't find it here.

Look to DisplayLink to resolve the problem. As a software developer, they had almost 30 days advance access to Apple's development of 10.13.4 before it was released to the public.

It's DisplayLink's, not Apple's, responsibility to use that access to assure its customers that their software maintains compatibility with the currently released computer operating systems.
