No service on my iPhone 6

What do I do I restarted my iPhone 6 16gb 2 times and it still says that its searching for connect and saying connection? But before that I took my phone to Best buy's Verizon center and the guy tried everything and it still wouldn't work. please help. start when it was on 10.3
