safari extremely slow

I literally just purchased a new MacBook Pro 15-inch w TouchBar and Safari has been extremely laggy. The search bar is either blank or text shows up garbled. Tabs are extremely slow. HELP. I found these images on google and it's the exact problem but with no fix.

Safari stops loading webpages Issue: Type web address into address bar select enter progress bar appears, but stops part way (estimate about 10%, judging how far the blue line moves) after a period, the progress bar disappears and a white page is displayed For pages that are already open, content stops refreshing The issue is only temporarily resolved by restarting the machine. I have a 14'' MacBook Pro with M1Pro chip I'm running MacOS version 12.3 and Safari version 15.4

slow loading Everything on my Mac moves very slowly and I just got it four months ago. My safari recently started turning the tabs black and glitches when I move the curser over them. scrolling on anything is very slow and many things will not load on time. How do I fix this?
