What do I do with my iPhone 8 if the ios 11.3 update disabled the touch feature on my screen?

I recently just got my screen replaced with a third party screen since after one drop, my phone's screen immediately turned green then black. It worked perfectly before the update but as soon as I updated my phone to ios 11.3, the screen is not responsive. What do I do? Do I wait for Apple to release a solution to this? If I wait will it damage my phone further?

iPhone 8, iOS 11.3

You actually voided your warranty when you broke your screen.

Apple isn't going to have an update that will fix it, it is a firmware fault in the screen itself. You have 3 options:

1. You can make a Genius Bar appointment at your nearest Apple Store and nicely ask them to waive their normal policy of not working on phones with non-apple parts and replaced your iPhone screen for $149. Make a Genius Bar appointment prior to going

2. Return to the 3rd party shop that replaced your screen and ask them to replace yours with one that does not have this bug.

3. Or ask them if they can update the firmware on your screen to fix the problem.
