Not able to download apps due to family sharing

i am trying to download apps on my iPhone. It keeps asking for the 3 digit card code for the organizer of the family however I don’t have that info. How can I get it to use my payment info that is already there? The apps are free and cannot find any way for it to use my card as priority instead of the family organizer

The family organizer is solely responsible for all purchases made by family members. You can't have your own credit card for making purchases.

You can redeem iTunes Gift Cards to your account which will be used before their method of payment.
