Missing file recommended by Apple Support

Re itunes not recognizing nano, Official Apple support directions (If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support) say to locate and install usbaapl64.inf or usbaapl.inf. Neither of these two files are on my computer. what do I do now?

Pc won’t recognize iPad or iPhone I know I initially downloaded iTunes from the Apple store on my PC, so why now, when it’s not showing my iPad, when I try to get latest update, apple keeps telling me to download it on the Microsoft store... it’s not available in the Microsoft store! Also, can someone please tell me how to type the program into dialogue box after pressing Windows key & R to run tests on the drivers, I tried starting with what looks like a % the ProgramFiles....etc.... is my computer hacked?
