New Apple ID and losing my ITunes movies

My apple ID has been compromised. I changed my password but someone is STILL trying to get in. I set up a new AppleID with a new email. But now how do I tell ITunes to CHANGE to a different email address without losing the 70 movies I've purchased? Thank you for helping.

Anything that you download from the iTunes Store is permanently tied to the account that downloaded it. Instead of creating a new account you should have changed the primary email address on the existing account (which you can still do, but you will have to use a different email address, you won't be able to use the one you've put on the newly created account) : Change your Apple ID - Apple Support
