Has this watch ever worked with your phone, or new device? If is was a failure of an existing connected phone and following the reset instruction didn’t help I suspect there’s a technical issue which should be checked by Apple support techs. Here we are only other low life users sharing our knowledge and experience, you need to make a Genius Bar appointment.
I’m completely locked out of my watch. It’s telling me to reset it and pair again. So i reset it and unpaired it and it’s still saying the same thing. I’ve reset again and did a hard reset (by holding the scroll circle and the power bar) and still getting the same message. How can I get back into my watch?

I realized I was resetting the watch wrong. I didn’t have it charging while I reset it. Once I corrected the problem I was able to pair it to my phone again. Thanks for the response!
