Trackpad stopped "clicking"

I have been reading the discussions on this issue just as I typed it above, and lots of the answers instruct you to turn off force click by going to Apple menu > System Preferences > Trackpad > Point & Click > uncheck “Force Click and haptic feedback” and they show this picture:

But my trackpad preferences window looks like this:

Why doesn't mine have that extra

feature when I am running HighSierra on a MacBook Air that is relatively new?

MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015), macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)
