Out of sync recordings after turning off low latency mode

My guitar tracks, which were recorded with Low Latency mode, are horribly out of sync once I switch off Low Latency.

I'm using a Focusrite Claret 2pre as my interface, Logic Pro 10.4.1, recording delay is at zero, and the problem is present at every I/O buffer size.

Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas how to troubleshoot or fix?

Latency Problems with Logic Pro 10 I'm experiencing an unacceptable latency when recording guitars with Logic on my new 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro, 16" version, which is ridiculous. I'm using Presonus AudioBox iTwo audio interface. I'm testing variety of settings for audio options in Logic, but even minumum buffer size ot 32 samples gives me an unacceptable latency. This problem don't exists on Windows computer, and even on my old 2013 MacBook Pro was better than this! I treid to unplug any devices from the macbook and plug just the usb cable ot the interface - the result is the same. I tried to change Processing Threads option from Auto to 10 cores and Process Buffer Range to any of the options there - no luck at all. MacOS Monterey Logic Pro 10.7 /I tried 10.6 too, but the latency is the same/

Audio input for Logic X out of sync Logic 10.5 iMac 2015 4 core G7 Scarlett solo interface I record through the guitar input or the microphone; it sounds fine when I monitor it while playing but the recorded result runs just a little ahead of the rest of the tracks. I have tried all manner of settings including low-latency, but nothing works. I can manually adjust the track to slide it into place, but that's a pain, particularly if I want to punch in a revision. Midi input works fine. I've gone back to recording vocals and guitar tracks in a Garageband file, then opening it in Logic and editing the tracks there. It works but its a work-around. Clumsy and annoying. Does anyone even know what this problem is? Let alone how to correct it?
