Please help

Hey what's up. My iPhone 6S has suddenly began having a ton of issues. Essentially right after I ran out of both iCloud and internal phone storage my phone has started acting up out of nowhere.

My camera roll photos and videos keep disappearing and then reappearing. I deleted an app for some space which I thought would fix the problem, but it returned.

My tabs have started to disappear out of nowhere, and will never stay when I leave the Safari app anymore. This was the first problem I've had.

Apps like Facebook Messenger and SoundCloud suddenly freeze and crash out of nowhere.

And now my home button isn't working properly.

The only problem I've been able to fix is my bookmarks disappearing. Besides that, my phone is acting strange and bizarre completely out of the blue. I reckon it's because the lack of storage has bugged my phone, but I have no real idea.

What should I do? Thanks!
