Apple offers iTunes wallpapers without any subscription.
So if you have some subscription related to iTunes wallpaper, either you subscribed to it using an Apple/App Store method (unlikely, but possible):
View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
... or you subscribed through an app directly, in which case you need to use the app (or contact the app developer) to unsubscribe.
