Ok, so I was trying to give the Bootcamp partition some extra space, so when I shrink the Mac HD 10 gb, it created a new partition (size 10gb) so I can use that space and extend the Bootcamp partitio, so when I went to boot the windows partition it says: "No bootable device found, insert one and press enter"; and I dont know what to do, help me please.

Re: El Capitan has deleted my bootcamp windows partition and test and verify. If Windows works properly, then re-enable SIP, otherwise you will need Windows Startup Repair using a Windows Installer built by the first two options of BC Assistant.

Creating the 10GB partition causes problems for the existing Windows installation? What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?
I have a Mid 2012 Macbook Pro Model A1278
and yes, it caused problems. Once I created, I couldnt boot to windows so I erase the 10gb empty partition and still couldnt boot to bootcamp.

Let us verify the NTFS header on Bootcamp.

I did follow all the steps and now I got this 🚫 when i rebooted, cant even get to machintosh :(
