Question: apple music billing

I seem to be charged the monthly $9.99 on BOTH the 8th and 18th of the month. Every month. Will someone help me remedy this and get me the credit I am owed?

Apple - Support - Product Selection -- You'll need to contact Apple Support to discuss a refund for your subscription. After using this link, select Billing & Subscriptions > Subscriptions & Purchases > iTunes Store account billing.
