Update Crash

Okay, so I only updated my phone yesterday and I am pretty sure it crashed my phone, all it has done is shown me my start up screen with the Apple Logo and nothing else and does it over and over again but its as far as it goes. I have spoke with my carrier and all Apple is telling me to do is connect it to iTunes, I have done everything possible but I cant afford another phone. Help!

My phone is like new, maybe only a few scrapes from the case, but besides that its in AWESOME condition. I am desperate and open to any ideas!
