It doesn’t work?
When I trued to connect my brothers iPad to itunes it didn’t work. So I went to Apple website and I pressed the top button and home button at the same time. But it didn’t work can u please help me?
Please describe what you mean by "it doesn't work". What, exactly happened when you connected your brother's iPad to a computer running iTunes? Do you mean it didn't show his device in the top of the iTunes window? If so: If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
