I bought a movie on iTunes just recently and a message keeps popping up on it saying “this content is not authorized”. How do I get my movie to play? I rented this movie 2 months ago and I could play my movie then.

rented movie will not play My internet is not great, and I need to download things to watch them. Most downloads play in Apple TV but some, including the last 2 rentals, will not. I get a message that I am not authorized to watch or movie is unavailable. Have tried rebooting everything. Have tried deleting and downloading again. Still not working. Can anyone help?

When trying to rent a movie it first timed out a few times after entering password. Now when clicking on ‘Rent for 5.99’ nothing is even happing. What can be done to fix this?
