My phone won't let me download the new iOS 11 it shows I have an update. Also my App Store disappeared

i cant upate i phone 6 s Hi. Anyone know how I can update. I've tried over the last year to update and I've never been able to. It's never been a problem. Though now I can't download certain apps as I need iOS 11. I press download and install. It just spins and never opens up to a page. I've tried deleting it from the storage and then re in stall. Though with no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
