Sprint calls drop frequently since IOS update on IPhone 7

Since IOS update (2018), calls drop suddenly. Not driving. Reset network. Turned off Siri Touch Screen. Still dropping calls every 1.5 min. Is it the phone? I see people w IPhone X having similar issues.

Hi, Jedai!

Thanks for stopping by the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that you've been experiencing some dropped calls recently, and are trying to determine whether the issue is on the phone, and if so how to fix it. I'd be happy to help!

I see you recently updated your iOS software. If you haven't already, the first thing I would suggest based on that information is to check for a carrier settings update from Sprint. You can do that by going into Settings > General > About on your iPhone while connected to Wi-Fi. If an update is available, a notification will automatically pop up with the option to install it: Update your carrier settings on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support . After doing this, see how your calls perform.

If the calls are still dropping, try the remaining steps outlined in If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support . I know the title of the article isn't exactly the same as your issue, but the troubleshooting steps offered are relevant to dropped calls, as well.

Have a great day.
