Is My MacBook Pro Hacked?

I have a 17-inch, Mid 2010, MacBook Pro(macOS High Sierra v.10.13.4).

The "Frequently Visited" in Safari(v.11.1) often shows websites that I did not go to. It's been like this everyday and for a very long period of time.

So, is my MacBook Pro hacked?

Thanks.

MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.4)

This is a diagnostic test.

Please run EtreCheck and post the report here.

https://etrecheck.com

Click “Free Download” button, open Downloads folder, click on it to open, and then select ”Open”.

Click on the bouncing EtreCheck icon in the Dock.

“Choose a problem” from the popup menu box, and then “Start EtreCheck” in the dialog.

Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” .

Paste it into the reply.
