Adapt tempo, how to edit as it is not perfect

Adapt tempo is great, but I am just having troubles matching up the bar lines when it sometimes does not analyze the whole file perfectly

i am sure it is an easy thing just can’t find it.

Open the File Tempo Editor and edit the tempo there.

You can then use Adapt Project tempo to Region tempo.
