forgetting my passcode

hi everyone

i forgot my ipad's passcode yesterday and after trying some wrong passcode my ipad is disable now.

i wanted to follow apple support solution for restore my passcode by useing recovery mode .

i do everything step by step .

i connect my ipad to my computer

i press both home and top button for seeing recovery ode screen

but iTunes in my computer show this message:

"iTunes could not connect to the iPad , because it is locked with a passcode . you must enter your passcode on the ipad before it cas be used with iTunes"

what should i do now?

please help me

If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support


Erase your device with iTunes to remove your passcode

If you've synced your device with iTunes, you can restore your device. This will erase the device and its passcode.

Connect your device to the computer you synced with.

Open iTunes. If asked for a passcode, try another computer you've synced with, or use recovery mode.
