when downloading from apple store an app to use my printer it came up with Scotts computer and this persons email does this mean someone else had this computer before me

I don't think so. Sometimes I think its just a glitch. This happening especially when some type of interaction with a printer and the internet. I used to play APBA baseball when I was a young teenager. Years ago when I was in a testing situation, I was installing a HP printer driver and software and the printer kept printing each try I did the install a baseball line up from APBA Company. I thought odd as heck but nothing ever came of it.
