my iphone 6s blocked please help me

this is hossein chalipaei from iran ,im the apple customer,one month ago when in on way to factory my apple contacts name was removed just show the numbers,and suddenly my i phone swiched off ,i have the 17k pictures , importatnt details, i was give the i phone to apple servise in local market the it will be install the ios ,i dont know exactly what he do
and now my cellphone dosent read the sim card and no use for me
please help me to fix my i phone and restore my pictures and information please
