Is iTunes 12 avail for MacBook Pro running iOS

How do i upgrade itunes 12 when not available

in updates on mac

MacBook Pro, iOS 10.3.3

You're probably already running on the latest version of iTunes supported by OS X 10.9.5, which would be version 12.2.6.20. What does it say under iTunes > About. The minimum version of iTunes for devices running iOS 11 is 12.6.3.6. Can you upgrade your OS in order to get the current build of iTunes? Would there be anything in your workflow that might break if you upgraded?
