Apple Music iCloud Library lag on deployed wifi

Hey everyone, I’ve been using Apple Music for a couple years now, never had problems really. I’m currently deployed and WiFi here on base isn’t the best. I have an iPhone X 64gb with lots of music. I downloaded lots of songs to listen to while I’m out of the WiFi zone but don’t have nearly enough storage to download all my stuff. When I’m in my tent, WiFi is good enough for decent FaceTime, web browsing, Soundcloud, and even Youtube, but strangely not good enough to play my iCloud songs without consistent lagging. Strange. Not a huge problem but was wondering if there’s something I could tweak in the settings to make my iCloud library listenable in my tent? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Jacob
