APPS LOGS

Hi

currently i am using osx sierra and have uninstalled an app from my mac but despite this the app information is still showing me on system report under the installation section why??

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 11.2.5

All that shows is the apps that you've installed at one time or another, not apps that are currently installed.

For example this screenshot shows the various versions of DVD Maker Pro that I've installed but I only have the last version on my drive.

If you want to know what's currently on your drive click on the Applications section of Software.

hi.

as a apple technician i have done all the required things but not get any solution and other side on windows based there is many option like you can deleted logs file in order to you can delete all previous history

Have attached the screen shot for your reference had uninstalled ms office from the system but still logs is showing in system report

Have you tried simply rebooting your Mac?

Did you try a SafeBoot to clear system caches and launch service database?

Did you use the Developer's uninstall instructions to make sure you removed all the associated files?

Hey Eric, Yes had deleted respective app through the instructed way but still is showing on my system report don't know why>

If it is showing under Installations, to the best of my knowledge, that only means it was once installed, not that it is still installed. My report shows software I no longer have installed.
