My iPhone which has the latest software is not being recognized on my iTunes account which also has the latest software. Meaning I can not sync, update or back up my phone for music/playlists, photos etc.
PLEASE HELP!

Tried all that but there’s no chat function only a “Call Apple” but not till 9am. I needed help as I needed the problem sorted before work at 7.30am so really Apple was not helpful at all ☹
