Why MacBook Pro making heezing sound and heating ?

My MacBook Pro making heezing sound because of fans are running in high speed.
why MacBook is heating so much ?
Fans start making noise just after 5-6 min of turn on, And Mac starting to heat.
its to hot, I can feel worm air on keyboard and bottom metallic base is as hot as iron.d Moves

Working:
1. Browsing on Safari
2. playing Music and Movies
3. MS Word, Powerpoint

4. sometimes editing on iMoves
5. Mechanical engineering design analysis on some design software

some suspicious observations:
1. Too many pop-up adds on safari, even if I open apple.com in one tab 5 to 6 tabs automatically opens up.

2. iTunes to iPhone sync is very slow as compare to my old experience

3. Windows 10 is lagging on Parallel desktop app (MacOS is running smooth)

4. Battery is draining too fast
5. Battery is draining also in sleep and shut down mode

6. Hot air is coming out from front side of keyboard but from only one side, is it my one fan not working ?
