Question: Add new app to Control Center on iPad Mini 4 iOS 11.3?

My iPad Mini 4, running iOS 11.3, does not have a flashlight (app or widget) available to the Control Center. Is there a way to install a Control Center button to an app like iTorch? Or is there a library of accessory apps that can be used in Control Center somewhere? Easy access to an iPad flashlight is my goal.

The iPad has 26G memory available, and is a WiFi only (not cellular) device.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Most “flashlight” apps and the iOS Control Panel flash control, control the LED flash on the back of an iPhone.

Most iPads do not have an LED flash for the rear camera.

There are ”flashlight” style apps that make the iPad's screen go completely white, though.

I use one of two of these with my iPads.
