My Brother's daughter recently got her Iphone locked,
the Phone displays apple ID is disabled for security reasons,
the Worst part is she doesn't remember the email she registered,
also the Birth of date she entered is not her own.
is there a way to get this unlocked.

Your Apple ID account becomes disabled for one of two reasons. Either
1) You tried to enter the wrong password or wrong security answers too many times - in this case, head over to https://iforgot.apple.com to get started toward recovering your account
or
