Start with trying to change your password so you can log out of that Apple ID..
Appleid.apple.com is the best place to start. Input the Apple ID,, then select "forgot Apple ID or password", and it will guide you from there:

Just because your email changed, doesn't mean your Apple ID has to or should.
Once you're in the account, you can change the email to send information to as well as add a rescue email address all while keeping the same email address/Apple ID.
