2017 MacBook Pro with Touch Bar Won't Start After Partitioning

My MacBook pro won't start at all. I successfully created a bootcamp partition a few days ago and it's been working fine--I can switch between Windows 10 and MacOS High Sierra easily. However, I somehow unallocated around 20gb of memory and couldn't allocate it back to my main (Mac) harddrive partition. So I attempted to use a Windows app to allocate it as an exFAT partition with the hope of deleting it from the Mac side using Disk Utility. However, once I powered off my computer, it now won't turn on at all. Meaning, the backlight, keyboard, and touchbar don't turn on. The startup chime was disabled and there is no LED Apple logo so I can't use that to indicate power, howeverwhen I hold down the power bar to boot the computer as I normally would, the Force Touch trackpad begins to click and likewise when I power it off, the trackpad ceases to click. Also I think I can feel warmth coming from beneath the computer near the vent.

I've attempted to reset the NVRAM and SMC, boot safe, hold down option, even try the login trick. Nothing seems to work. Is there anything I can do, or do I need to make a Genius appointment?
