I recently had to do an Apple ID password reset. When I tried to do this on line I was given the option of having a reset link sent to an email address that I've never seen before or to answer some questions. The first question was my birthdate and it rejected the correct answer. While I fixed the problem by talking to a real person on the phone, I'm concerned that somewhere is the bowels of Apple they have stored invalid information about me. Any ideaa on how to find and fix, or at least delete, this information?

You may want to log in to https://appleid.apple.com/#!&page=signin and review the information there.
