When I'm using iMessage on my mac, i can't get messages on my mac, i have done it all by adding my mail and phone number. And when i right click on the message app, it stands that my status is: disconnected, and it won't change? Anyone who can help me with that??
Not sure if this will help but the below link says that status refers to ”other” accounts, and Messages is actually controlled through it’s preferences section.
